THE AREA The area of Lenton attracts students from ALL campuses at both The University of Nottingham AND Nottingham Trent University.

Known to many as 'The Lenton Triangle', many are attracted to this area due to it's great transports links. Lenton has a direct road through it called Derby Road, where there are frequent buses in and out of the Centre and to all Campuses and hospitals. There is a local Sainsbury's based on Derby Road which is a common pitstop for students grabbing their essentials.

For further shopping there is Castle Park consisting of your favourite discount stores such as Poundland, B&M Bargains and Wilkos. Not to mention, Castle Marina Retail Park which hosts a Pure gym, Sainsbury's Superstore, Costa, Pizza Hut and McDonalds (along with countless others).

THE PROCESS What's the processing for securing your student accommodation

Find Your Desired Property: Start by identifying the property you wish to rent.

Contact Us: Reach out to our office, and we will gather all necessary details.

Pay Reservation Fee: To reserve the property, you'll need to pay a week's rent as a reservation fee.

Proceed to Referencing: Once the reservation fee is paid, we will move forward with the referencing process.

Security Deposit: Within two weeks, you will need to pay the security deposit, which will be the total deposit amount minus the reservation fee already paid. The security deposit will be held in a government-approved scheme.

Tenancy Agreement: Sign the tenancy agreement then the property is secured.
