We have loved living at 4 Sunnydene Street for the past 8 years. It's where we started our family and have made lots of great memories. There are some lovely parks, cafes and pubs all a short walk away. Transport links are brilliant, with Sydenham, Lower Sydenham and Penge East stations all within walking distance. We love the hardwood floors across the open plan downstairs as well as the natural light that comes in throughout the whole house.
We extended into the loft a few years ago, creating a third double bedroom with office space and spacious shower room with underfloor heating.
