What The Landlord Says -

We're moving abroad and so will be letting out our flat in Brockley which has been a perfect base for us for the last four years. We've really enjoyed lots of light through the big windows in the bedroom and study, modern furnishings and a cosy balcony which is a lovely spot for a cocktail on warm summer evenings. Being on the top floor means that our flat is further removed from the street with less noise from traffic, and we have a great location just a two minute walk from Brockley station.

We've lived in a few areas in London but Brockley has to be our favourite by far, with some fantastic local cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk of our flat - since the pandemic, Coulgate Street by the station has been a pedestrian zone so you can sit outside on the street to enjoy a drink or some brunch. There are also some really nice parks nearby - Telegraph Hill Park is less than ten minutes' walk away and Hilly Fields Park is less than twenty minutes' walk away.

We hope that whoever rents our flat will love living in it as much as we have!
