Description
Silverwood is a detached bungalow in a quiet location with very good sized rooms. It will require some updating and offers bags of potential. There are three bedrooms on the left of the property, one with ensuite shower and w.c. and the other two have excellent built in wardrobes. The living space is on the right of the hall and consists of a dining room, which flows through double glass, sliding doors to the large, bright sitting room. As well as huge, south facing, French doors that provide access to the rear terrace and garden, the sitting room has an attractive stone fireplace. A door from the dining room leads to the kitchen, which has fitted units and an electric oven and hob. An additional w.c. and separate utility space with plumbing for a washing machine can be found in the rear hallway and a half glazed back door, with a cat flap, provides access to a small, enclosed side yard.

Outside
Silverwood is approached over a private tarmac drive and there is plenty of space for parking. The garage is large and has a metal up and over door and two windows at the rear. A wrought iron gate to the west of the house provides access to the side yard and a gate and pathway lead around to the rear of the property which has a charming outlook.
