We spent some wonderful years living in this flat. We were immediately attracted by the spacious living room and dine-in kitchen, which are wonderful for hosting. We loved spending summer evenings on the sun-kissed terrace chatting with friends over a drink. This corner of Sydenham is perfectly located with easy access to transport links including the Overground, and fast trains to Victoria from Penge East and to Charing Cross from Lower Sydenham. It's great to live on a quiet street that is also just around the corner from the shops and cafes of Sydenham Road, and the lovely Mayow Park. Although it is time for us to move on, we have loved living and starting our family here, and we will definitely miss this place.
