The closing date is Sunday, 30th September 2018. Only one entry per household. Only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. No purchase necessary.
Employees of Saxon Weald are not permitted to enter the competition.
The winner will be selected at random after the closing date by an independent judge from all entries received.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by email or in writing within 4 weeks of the closing date.
If we cannot contact the winner (via the details they provided on entry) within a reasonable period of time, we reserve the right to re-draw a winner.
The winner will need to collect the vouchers from Highwood Mill within 4 weeks of being notified.

The promoter is Saxon Weald, 38-42 Worthing Road, Horsham, RH12 1DT. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These details do not form any part of any contract. All new properties are offered on a 125 year leasehold interest, and resales are offered on the basis of the outstanding term of years.

The lease includes obligations to pay an event fee, service charges and ground rent.
