Everyone around the world knows of Piccadilly Circus, however I never imagined there were residential properties right in the centre where you come out of your front door and be looking at the bright lights. The flat has been a fantastic base for work, theatres, cinemas, shopping and eating, especially Chinatown which is just a two minutes` walk away! You name it, everything is literally on your doorstep. When others have to head home on trains and in taxis, you are back indoors in minutes. The property has triple glazing, and an additional acoustic secondary glazing has been fitted, meaning as soon as you walk in you immediately escape the noise from outside and can relax and watch the world go by while enjoying the cool air of the air conditioning. Over the years I`ve had friends and family use the property (the bedroom has a kingsize bed and the living area is large enough to accommodate a fold down sofa bed) so four can easily stay a weekend and all have agreed why stay in a small hotel room when you can have a flat right in Piccadilly Circus!
