The Didsbury Business Centre offers flexible work spaces in the form of offices or rooms which are available on a short or long term hire basis, together with a meeting room for up to 12 people with international conference facilities. Just five minutes from Manchester Airport and metres from the M56, the Didsbury Business Centre offers flexible office space and meeting rooms within a an elegant Victorian Building featuring wood panelling and stained glass windows.

The offices in Manchester offer flexibility to suit the needs of your business. We have a variety of offices to match the size of your organisation with space for 4 to 10 workstations and our state-of-the-art BT facilities (with our own high-speed dedicated internet pipe) enable us to provide separate phone numbers for each desk. We have a dedicated meeting room which can be rented hourly or daily with the ability to connect international conference calls to four different countries simultaneously. Our Manchester office suite rates include heating, lighting, power and cleaning. Other facilities you would expect such as kitchen, toilet facility are available. We have a secure bike store and shower facilities.

The office we currently have available has 6 desks and is located on the ground floor at a price of £1,100 + vat per calendar month

The terms are that a months deposit is paid in advance and a months notice is required to vacate

As well as office facilities we also have all the amenities you would expect such as kitchens, chill-out area, and four sets of ladies and gents toilets.

The Didsbury Business Centre has state of the art telephony using the Mitel 3300 Integrated Communications Platform in combination with the Mitel IP Desktop 5300 series of VOIP phones. They feature ‘out of the box’ integration with Outlook and Active Directory for seamless computer/telephone interfacing. Amongst other useful features that the Mitel system offers, it allows you to draw up customer contact details and previous client notes on your computer as soon as your phone rings, meaning the facts are already at your fingertips even before you pick up the phone.

All prices include heating, cleaning and all service charges.

All offices are subject to relief from business rates provided you qualify.

There is a free fibre optic internet connection included for each office should you wish to use it.

Parking parking spaces are available at £50 + vat per calendar month per space.

The offices in Manchester are very convenient for the motorway network and the Airport. Didsbury Business Centre is located in central Didsbury and is in close proximity to restaurants, bars and shops.

Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 all letting agents are required to explain their permitted payments schedule and Client Money Protection and redress scheme membership information. As such we can advise that Clive Anthony Estates limited will make a charge only in relation to the following permitted payments:
Rent, a capped refundable tenancy deposit, a capped refundable holding deposit and a reasonable charge in relation to loss of keys, requests for a change of sharer, variation of a tenancy agreement or early surrender/tenancy termination.

Lost keys/fobs will be charged at the cost of any key/fob needed plus reasonable time costs for cutting and procurement of £15/hr incl VAT. Tenancy changes will incur charges of £50 incl VAT plus reasonable costs relating to the changes. Early termination will be charged at £50 incl VAT plus any financial losses suffered by the landlord or incurred by the agent in arranging for the tenant to leave and for a new tenant to be found.
