What The Vendor Says: - We have lived in Cerne Road since 2001 and have been happy with this family home and location. Close to Riverview Park school and cascades leisure centre it has been ideal for bringing up a young family. Shorne country Park is local as well. When we originally viewed the property back in 2001 we knew it was for us with big open wide windows it brings lots of natural light into the property and the views from bedroom two are really good across to the river and Dartford Bridge. The sunny west facing garden is ideal for relaxing in the sun and a Bar-B-Q with the family. Local bus links to Gravesend and Bluewater provide a good service and have given independence to our children as they grew into teenagers and young adults. We will be sad to leave but now is the right time to move to be closer to family and work.
