Hi Ashley, Further to your review, as explained several times and for clarity, serving notice (whether and Landlord or Tenant) is required in all tenancy agreements. This is extremely clear, and was known. This works both ways of course, and provides security for Landlords and Tenants. This is not dodgy, or a scam, but entirely standard across the industry. In any event, flexibility was still shown to you, which does question the need for an outlandish defamatory review. ...
