What agent could do to change your mind?
Change staff or train more thoroughly and review performance. Record phone calls and use as staff training. Advise staff that moving is a very stressful time and regular communication is necessary even if there's nothing to say!

I can appreciate that you could not take a photo while another agents board was up, but I took the sign down myself on the evening of Thursday 7th March.
