What agent could do to change your mind?
Had my concerns over the security of my property been acknowledged and taken seriously I may have reconsidered my review. A call to the previous owner, who denies any knowledge of the location of the keys and ending communication there is neither sufficient nor professional.

Hi Lucy, Its great to get you positive feedback about Karen and I hope your settling in well in your new home. As discussed in several correspondence the property had been let out through another agent with the owner living in the south. We took all the keys that the previous letting agent had and what the owner had and gave them all to you which was in excess of 15 keys.
