British Gas have confirmed today that the new tenant moved in on 14th September and supplied them with a meter reading on that date which matched my own reading from 29th August. Are you still going to claim that your statement of September 30th to the Council for my move out date was correct, or even your claim that I was only charged to end of tenancy? As a result of your actions, the aggravation caused isn't in the past, it's current and continues. This is all fully down to yourselves a ...
