Pinewood was formed in 2004, opening its first office in Chesterfield. We began by offering property management and residential lettings in the Derbyshire area, soon expanding to Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Five years on, we have established ourselves as a customer friendly letting agents.

Anna, I am so sorry you are disappointed but would have to ask who you are comparing us with. The fact of the matter is that you are still under tenancy and seem to become rather aggressive with that fact. No one has asked you to move out or return the keys before your tenancy expires; we are working on YOUR request to find a tenant to release you from your current AST. Your bond will be returned when your tenancy ends as per standard TDS rules.
