Pinewood was formed in 2004, opening its first office in Chesterfield. We began by offering property management and residential lettings in the Derbyshire area, soon expanding to Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Five years on, we have established ourselves as a customer friendly letting agents.

No one likes to pay fees but I believe these were fair and as I got a tenant within the first few days of them advertising, can only mean the agent was accurate with his review of my property.

Always advises via email if there is a maintenance problem at the property and I am given the option of using the 'in-house' maintenance person or I can arrange a contractor myself.
