I am very sorry to read your review following your recent experience with Piccolo. Unfortunately in this instance the application process has taken much longer then we would like. Your application was one of four for this particular property, from the 4 viewings we did on the one day. The details of all the applications were put forward to our Client for consideration but it was unfortunate that he was away on holiday at the time.
