What agent could do to change your mind?
Noticably higher than anyone else's but for no discernable reason. I don't understand why a basic check and photocopying ID costs ‚£360 for two people.

Done their job properly! Inspected the property regularly. Renewed contracts punctually. Known when new contracts and rent was due. Things I took for granted that they would do. Silly me!
