Having paid fees for a few different agencies, Perfect Living's were fairly reasonable. They provide a detailed breakdown of where the money goes and although it can seem like a large sum upfront, it's much more efficient than many other agents who don't provide the same standard of service.

In response to the above comment, this tenant pull out of the move in on the day he was meant to move in, and was very difficult to deal with throughout the whole process. I.e: changing the move in date three time, not sending the forms back then sending them back with the wrong information, and was rude, abrupt and very difficult.
