The management fee of 10% p.a. seem about the going rate and the total payable has been spread over 12 months so we will receive the full rent (minus any repairs needed) in years 2 and 3.

We would have been happier if we could have paid our commission for the 2nd year (its a 24 month contract) at the beginning of the 2nd year rather than both years commission up front but other than that it was all good.
