It’s important that we know how our customers feel and sometimes even though we are trying to excel, we need to tell people more of what we are doing to make them feel included. It was good advice at the time to not chase some solicitors or parties in a chain too aggressively as it is a fine balance between motivating people in a chain and upsetting them.
