we are very sorry you feel this way and apologise if we have let you down. The market in 2008 was in free fall with prices dropping and a huge oversupply of unsold property. It was a difficult time for many businesses including ourselves. I can assure you all comments good and bad are taken on board. ...

We signed up for an 8 week contract with Patrick Williams (Oxford Rd Branch) with 21 day 'get out' policy.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience, this is very out of character for us. Out of my 25 years in the business, i can say that 2008 was one of the very worst we have ever experienced. Prices were falling and many many houses simply weren't selling, despite price reductions. We made significant staff changes later in 2008 to address some of the issues raised. ...
