Normally at Park Row we wouldn’t recommend selling your property as fast as you did (we explain in our initial presentation why it can cost you a lot of money), but on this occasion there was a necessity to get your property sold asap. View all comments (1) Thank you. When Park Row say that ‘we don’t just sell properties, we get you the best price’ we really mean it. So many Vendors sell their properties for less than they could achieve with other agents, just because you’ve achieved the price you expected, doesn’t mean you can’t achieve more. People have got used to being lied too by all sales people over the years, and when I first explain how our unique system works, it can be hard to believe. Most people are busy and don’t get home until other estate agents have closed. We often have clients telling us how easier it is to deal with Park Row because of our availability. We often hear stories from vendors as they switch from their initial Estate Agent to Park Row, telling us that they felt pressured to accept a low offer by the initial Agent.
