I find your comments somewhat hard to believe. We have a DEDICATED SALES PROGRESSION TEAM that keep our vendors informed of the progress of their sale throughout. We clearly communicate with the buyers on a regular basis to push the sale through but if you read other comments from vendors almost every single one compliments us on our aftersales service. We are also open until 8pm (Monday to Thursday) on an evening to give you plenty of opportunity to speak to us if you require more time with us ...
