One of the biggest problems is that most people think ‘all agents are the same!’
We know this is not true, as is proven in your experience with using Park Row successfully after trying another agent to begin with and not getting the results you were expecting.

Thanks for the fantastic review. What we do different is employ more staff than the other local agents! This allows us to do viewing feedback daily and progress sales in a proactive manner. There is a massive difference between ‘selling’ a property and ‘getting the best price’ for one.
