One of the biggest problems in our industry is that a lot of the public think all agents are the same!
In out initial meeting (valuation) with our potential clients, we take the time to explain the differences between Park Row and other agents.

We often go out to properties that are not selling with other agents, the owners feel deflated and let down by false promises.
Once we point out the difference between Park Row and a lot of the other agents they begin to understand how we get the results we do.
