Some people just will never understand how stressful moving home can be.
At Park Row we recognized this straight away and that’s why we have always had a Progression Dept, as other agents leave you once the sold board is put up, we stay with our clients until completion.

Nichola and the Progression Service really is the backbone of our business.
Because of the Stamp Duty holiday we have seen three times amount of work than normal and Nichola has been relentless in dealing with it all.

When we use the strap line of ‘Proactive’ we genuinely mean it at Park Row.
A lot of Agents pass you over to solicitors once you go sold, we don’t do that.
We have our own dedicated Progression that is included in our fee and it can be extremely beneficial to a lot of clients.
Nichola who runs the Progression Dept never fails to deliver and always takes as much stress from our clients as possible.

One of the largest objections we hear every day is ‘the fee!’
We try to explain to everyone that ‘the fee’ isn’t important, it’s how much the client ends up with ‘in their pocket’ at the end of the complete transaction, that really matters!
Some of the weaker agents can only compete on ‘cheap fees,’ but at Park Row we believe you get what you pay for.

I’ve got to tell you that your review, exactly hits the nail on the head of what we are trying to achieve at Park Row!
We often have clients who need to sell properties in our area but don’t live here and we know Park Row can do things that other agents are just not prepared to do.

When I try to explain to potential clients the difference between ‘selling a property’ and ‘getting the best price’ this is what I’m talking about!
If I remember correctly, another agent had valued your property 25k lower and trust me they would of ‘sold’ it!
