One of the biggest problems with our industry is that most people think that ‘all Estate Agents are the same!’
If the public believe we are all the same, they can only make their choice based on FEE and VALUATION.
When I visit people’s homes I spend more time with them explaining the differences between Park Row and normal Estate Agents.
Once the public hear what I’ve got to share, they can make a much more ‘informed decision.’

We often hear other agents clients saying they aren’t getting any contact with their agents.
Because nowadays for a lot of agents it’s just about ‘getting the listing’ once that’s achieved, the agent just goes for the next listing.

Because of the Covid pandemic some agents have discovered what they call new ‘cutting edge technology’ (360 degrees video tours). Park Row started using them SIXTEEN YEARS ago! (When they were cutting edge).
Park Row has moved on now to full 4K HD video walk through tours.
We find that the walk through videos are a lot easier to watch and give much more clarity of the properties we have to offer.

The presentation I give at the beginning of every valuation is to help potential clients understand the difference between ‘selling a property’ and ‘getting the best price.’
Most clients only have two questions before they meet their potential selling agents ‘what’s my property worth and what’s your fee for selling?’

At the beginning most agents promise their clients the earth but unfortunately on many occasions the initial big sale presentations and promises are not carried forward.
As in your case when something deviates from the proper set course, the team at Park Row with their years of experience can soon have things back on track.

We often see other agents ‘over promising’ in their presentations but when it comes to the actual service given, it often falls short.

Oh dear, oh dear. Well we’ve heard the fiction so lets share the facts now. Firstly you claim I was rude and arrogant and yet you chose to book for me to return and measure up and photograph your house ready for the market only to subsequently cancel due to finding a ‘cheap’ agent. You further claim that I undervalued your house by £25,000, at Park Row we list all our houses as ‘OFFERS OVER’ the asking price, this creates considerably more interest and ultimately achieves a higher ask ...

We make sure we continually stay in contact with our clients, lots of agents nowadays get paid ‘listing bonuses’ as soon as they get a signed contract they focus on the next ‘listing’ rather than helping the original one.
