One of the biggest mistakes we see other estate agents make is not take the time to understand their clients needs.
We spend more time initially explaining the difference between ‘estate agents’ and ‘Park Row.’
We never put pressure on potential clients to sign up and we understand that no two clients are ever the same.

One of the first things I hear on a valuation of a property, is that the vendor chose us because of the initial communication with our team.
Most agents are just focused on getting the ‘listing’ and once that’s achieved, the rest of the service can be disappointing, to say the least.
We at Park Row know buying or selling a property can be stressful in our modern world.
We understand that people don’t get home at 5pm and there’s after school clubs etc.

In today’s modern world ‘time’ is our biggest commodity!
We are all working long hours, working shift patterns, trying to juggle family and friends.
At Park Row we fully recognize this and we try to help the best we can.
First we open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK & until 8pm at night (Mon - Thurs).
Then we often help our clients (free of charge) to negotiate on their onward purchase, this really can take lots of time, stress and hassle away from their busy lives.
