Mr Sindhu in response we took a holding deposit that was fully refunded to you, there was no money lost by you, we clearly informed you 3 times over the phone about our charges we then agreed to match the charges that were on the leaflet, unfortunatley you tried to go behind our backs and lied about who was moving in. Sorry we find this strange as we were only doing house sales in Basingstoke in 2007 and have only gone into the Lettings side much more recently. It may be that this review was meant to be for one of the other Parkers franchises that has been doing lettings for longer as from the date of the review it cannot be for the Basingstoke (Kempshott) branch! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
