I have reviewed what happened here and I am surprised that you did not meet my colleague who was welcoming viewers on this occasion. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have told us the house had been sold prior to us visiting the property. Mistakes happen but it is very ignorant not to issue some kind of apology afterwards.
