Fees very reasonable, well worth paying the extra compared to an online only agent. They present the property very well and arranged viewings promptly and efficiently. You just don't get that with online only agents and that can only harm your prospects of getting the best price for your property.

I think the estate agent’s fees charged were very reasonable as the job performed by the staff, the marketing of the property and service provided is excellent. Although I’m sure online estate agents may appear cheaper, the service offered by the Hagley Branch far outweighs that small saving.
