when comparing the market with regards to fees, Robert Oulsnam was not as cheap as the online companies, but then you get what you pay for and when taking every thing into account I was more than happy with their fees. On line companies give you the rock bottom fee and then if you want this its extra, want that its extra and NO face to face contact through out. If you don't mind phoning a call centre or correspondence through email and waiting in anticipation then use them. Me I'm so glad I didn't and sold my house in 2 days of viewing!!!
