I guess that will be more than enough and useful for people seeing your comments. I am sure that people will be able to justify from there itself. As of 23/05/2019, we have achieved an average of 100.19% of asking price for our vendors, in an average timescale of just 16 days!! This means that on average we negotiate an extra 3.79% of asking price for our clients when compared to the national average of 96.4%. The average property price in the East Midlands as of January 2019 was £229,996 which means on average we could negotiate an extra £8,700 for you!
