This means that on average we negotiate an extra 3.79% of asking price for our clients when compared to the national average of 96.4%. The average property price in the East Midlands as of January 2019 was £229,996 which means on average we could negotiate an extra £8,700 for you!
Remember... the cheapest agent, is the one who gets you the most money!
