This was a difficult empty property sale which Forest dealt with superbly.

I am very sorry that you feel upset with the way you have been treated, however, we have not received a formal complaint from you, you have also not stated who you are!! That is not the full story, and not how it happened, and we have not had a complaint via the Ombudsman. We always care when a purchaser is unhappy, however, our sellers often make decisions which we have to action, which make it appear that we as agents are the problem, it is not always the case, as can be seen by other postings on this site.
