What agent could do to change your mind?
David Wilkins was extremely slow to complete basic procedures, took excessive time off work, and didn't get back to me on my lease offer for weeks. He has shouted at me over the phone, used stereotypes to describe me when talking to my housemate and was also extremely rude when he attended a house inspection at the property. This man should not have a job.

Jean Phillipe Pollonais did not pay his rent. He and his house mate were nuisance tenants and have been frequently reported by the neighbours to the authorities for their anti-social behaviour.They were smoking heavily in the house despite it being a non smoking tenancy. There have also been three visits made to the house by the police. After repeated warnings we moved to evict them. I am very sorry to hear about your experience, the lettings market is very busy at the moment with many properties being over subscribed. I am really sorry that "House buyer" has felt it necessary to air an grevience in a public forum rather than raise their concerns with us directly. "House buyer" is right we did not sell the property, funny how this is always our fault, and never the pricing!
