They are taking 10% and I am chasing them up and visiting my own property to review maintenance issues. I have been billed for maintenance that Ocean agree are the tenant´s costs but as Ocean get my rental before I do, they just pay their maintenance contractors with my money and never take tenant to task saying it will be sorted at end of contract via deposit.Attachments
