That pretty much is a good account of the events of your viewing. However I'm not sure about the ‘bragging' bit as that's not our style and I was only telling you we had offers on this particular property within the first 24 hours.
Please note that first time buyers are our life blood so we respect them immensely and always endeavour to give them the time they deserve .

Tenant Protection
Oakton Estates are a member of Client Money Protect, which is a client money protection scheme and also a member of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme. For more details contact the agent directly.
