What agent could do to change your mind?
More regular communication, keeping a closer eye on the progress of our buyer to identify issues earlier on, communicating more with the agent we were buying through so that we weren't 'stuck in the middle'.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Much better after sales care, and much more constant communication, not leaving it weeks at a time and then telling us there has been an issue.
