What agent could do to change your mind?
There appears to be zero flexibility and a could not care less attitude. I did not get a positive feeling whatsoever from your agency. If you were my agent i would be very disappointed and concerned.

Dear Sir, We pride ourselves on consistently delivering a high level of customer service. This is borne out by all other feedback we have received to date and, as such, I am very concerned to read your comments. It is unfortunate that you could only view the property between 7 – 8pm during weekdays, on Sunday or this Bank Holiday Monday, all times that the office happens to be closed.
