Avoid at all costs. This landlord is argumentative, rude and will provide false references. In my short time here this was the worst rental experience of my life, communal door to the property unsecure, fire system faults, leaking roof, mould growing and antisocial behaviour.

Superb property, considerate and friendly team with hassle free process. The team has a "family" culture to it, as when I was being shown around for the first time, the owner's brother dropped in and was happy to have a chat and be patient with me when I was looking around. The way in which the business is ran, is opitimised in their delivery of customer care and support by treating everyone as part of their family ethos. false advertising, they send you some pretty pictures and they don't allow you to visit the house before moving in.
