The two Directors of New Foundations, Nick Sargant and Daryl Smedmor are very well known faces within the Bexhill-on-Sea area. As well as both living locally, they have between them three decades experience working in the town and have successfully helped literally thousands of local people to move home.
Over the years Nick and Daryl have forged a reputation for the highest level of customer service together with their obvious experience and knowledge of Bexhill, Little Common and Cooden and the villages of Ninfield, Catsfield and Hooe. They also feel that the foundations of a 21st century estate agency should be built on the principles of honesty, integrity and always putting the customer first.
