As well as both living locally, they have between them three decades experience working in the town and have successfully helped literally thousands of local people to move home.
Over the years Nick and Daryl have forged a reputation for the highest level of customer service together with their obvious experience and knowledge of Bexhill, Little Common and Cooden and the villages of Ninfield, Catsfield and Hooe. They also feel that the foundations of a 21st century estate agency should be built on the principles of honesty, integrity and always putting the customer first.

You get what you pay for and the lowest fees can lead to more stress due to no back-up or incorrect market information. Then the transaction does not occur and time and a lot of money can be spent by both seller and buyer on legal fees and surveys due to this. Think twice before taking the cheapest option, its one of the largest transaction a person may make so don't make the mistake of choosing an agent on their fee alone because it can lead to corners being cut at your expense.
