Back in 2002, two local estate agents were growing ever frustrated with the direction the industry was heading, so decided to make a change. The result was the creation of Nelsons, which opened its doors in one of London’s most diverse and cosmopolitan areas of Brixton. Since then we have grown organically with offices in Clapham Common, London Bridge and Shoreditch.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Being honest 2. Being more professional 3. Answering questions / queries (only my boyfriends messages were responded to. I was ignored) 4. If showing people around don't lie about what the landlord is willing to do (curtain rails) 5. We paid almost ‚£600 in fees. Don't contact us asking us to get the references FOR you when you have their telephone numbers and email addresses (that we provided). 6. Check that the apartment is professionally cleaned BEFORE the next person moves in. 7. Provide inventory on the day a person moves in. 8. Provide proof of the credit check (to make sure the ‚£120 we paid each was used to conduct a credit check. 9. Don't make people feel like they were violated by paying so much in fees and getting really shoddy service in return.Attached Filesnbsp;
