Zak,
You are aware that neither I nor MFL cannot authorise anything and that the landlord has not given us instructions to carry out. As agents we do not control funds or can make ANY decisions on behalf of any landlords, with regards to the deposit – especially when a 3rd party inventory clerk had stated to charge a fee.
I do believe, quite strongly that this does not give you the right to slander me or the company - Publicly! - and that your frustrations are somewhat misplaced?
