What agent could do to change your mind?
What they could do is not lie, not make up non existent offers and not play around with people's lives. Have a level of moral standards even if they are low standards it would beat what there is at present.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fixed the boiler in reasonable time & not ignored my request to deal with the rats that are destroying the wiring to the property as well as causing a health hazard. Some kind of financial recompense would be appreciated as the rent of ‚£600 PCM is higher than almost all other 1 bedroom flats in the same area.

Advice: keep calling them every day. Me and my partner had the same problem and now we have got in to the property there are so many problems they have tried to hide and the dragging it out getting thing sorted and we have now had to get health and safety to contact move with us to try and get faults sorted, also when you put a deposit down on a property they should advise you where your money is bank account etc within 14 days. If they don't you are able to claim your money back with compensati ...
