I had a very similar experience with this company recently. I had no idea the estate agent was referring me to them in the first instance. I agreed for bu upfront fees with an all inclusive package (ins solicitor fees). Move with Us rang me to ask for a deposit (which to me is an upfront fee) in order to start the selling of my property.
