We regret that Lionel was not successful in his bid to purchase the house. 3 separate parties made offers for the property and in-line with usual practice Lionel was asked to provide proof of ID, address and funds for the proposed purchase. Offers made are always treated in confidence. The final decision over whether to sell rests with the Vendor and this instance the elderly owners of the property decided not to proceed - a choice they were entitled to make. ...
