What agent could do to change your mind?
The level of service was terrible from start to finish. The agent should start with a review of customer service then look to all aspects of property management to ensure that files are adequately maintained and kept on top of. The agent should also work on their communication skills and level of professionalism.

Ditto the above, dismissive, and generally very unpleasant experience on flat viewing and clearly has a grandiose, lofty idea of the property she wants to lease. Have never had any problems leasing out flat before and the slap down was really quite a surprise to my husband and I. Morna Petrano like I said before needs to improve her anger management and start listening to the people who keep her in her brand new Mercedes Benz. I found her a very ignorant person who I will have no further dealings with ever again.I will not recommend her below standard company to anyone I know and that¢â‚¬â„¢s a lot of people.

MPPL are now licenced members as they have been forced by ARLA to join an ombudsmen scheme or have their membership terminated. They are now a member of an Ombudsmen Scheme. I hope consumers will avoid this sham leasing agent but at least if things do go wrong, they will at least have a form of redress with ARLA etc. To be honest though, the way that company works, they will not keep their licence long. ARLA however appear as useless as MPPL so who knows what benefit , if any, the licensed me ...
