They are a scam company. Read my experience with them.

Paul, I am astounded that despite your conversations with Michael Bickmore today you have still felt the need to leave this outrageously inaccurate review. In a bid to clear this up I will be totally frank and straight to the point - your issue regarding an item that was supposed to be included as a ‘fixture’ in the property you recently purchased should be taken up with either your solicitor or the previous owners of the property.
